You prepay a balance. If you don't use it, you can have it back.
Ask and we refund whatever is left of what you paid, to the card you paid with, within 90 days of that purchase. Usage that already happened isn't refundable — the work was done. Refunds go out within a few business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
Beta grants, promotional credit and anything we gave you for free. Only money you actually paid comes back.
If a listing was wrong because of something Underling did — not because of the information it was given — tell us and we'll put the usage back on your balance. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Text or email us before disputing the charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out the same day. Charges appear on your statement as UNDERLING.
